Open the Shabo Pay app. Tap the "Sign Up" button to create a new account. Provide your basic information, including: Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address and a Secure Password.

You will receive a verification code on the mobile phone number you provided. Enter the verification code into the app to confirm your phone number. Your phone number is now verified.

You will be prompted to take a photo of your official government-issued identity card, that is ECOWAS Ghana Card. Ensure that the photo is clear and all details are visible. Upload the photo through the Shabo Pay app for identity verification.

Follow the instructions to record a short selfie video. You will be prompted to say specific phrases or perform simple actions to verify your identity. Ensure good lighting and a quiet environment for clear video recording. Upload the video through the Shabo Pay app.

Your uploaded information will be reviewed for creditworthiness assessment. We will verify the accuracy of the information you provided. This process may take a few minutes, and you will be notified once the assessment is complete.

Congratulations! If your account is approved, you will be notified that your Shabo Pay account is now active. You can start using the app to make purchases and enjoy our Buy Now, Pay Later service.
