CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering into a "Buy Now, Pay Later" agreement with Shabo Pay, hereinafter referred to as "Company."

1. INTRODUCTION

By participating in the "Buy Now, Pay Later" service offered by the Company, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the Company.

2. ELIGIBITY

To be eligible for the "Buy Now, Pay Later" service, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have a valid payment method on file.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using this service.

3. PURCHASE

When you choose to "Buy Now" using this service, you agree to purchase the selected product or service immediately, subject to the agreed-upon payment terms.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• You will pay for your purchase in installments over a specified period, as detailed during the checkout process.
• Failure to make a payment on time may result in late fees or additional charges as specified in your agreement.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover scheduled payments.

5 FEES AND CHARGES

6 CREDITWORTHINESS CHECKS

The Company reserves the right to perform credit checks to determine your eligibility for the "Buy Now, Pay Later" service. Your creditworthiness may affect the terms and conditions of the agreement.

7 REFUNDS AND RETURNS

• The Company's standard refund and return policy applies to "Buy Now, Pay Later" purchases.
• Any refund amount will be applied to your outstanding balance or refunded as per the Company's policy.

8 DATA PRIVACY

The Company will collect and process your personal information as necessary to provide the "Buy Now, Pay Later" service, in compliance with relevant privacy laws.

9 CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these changes.

10 TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

This is a credit agreement between you and the Company. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations to anyone else unless you get our permission first. We can transfer these terms, or any rights and obligations you have under them, at any time. We do not need to ask for your consent to do this, unless transferring would harm your rights and responsibilities. This means we have the right to transfer the credit agreement to another provider without asking you.

11 GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
